COOK COUNTY LAND BANK AUTHORITY RECOGNIZES GREENLINE HOMES FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
We’re grateful to the Cook County Land Bank Authority for recognizing one of our recent projects, a Southwest Woodlawn two-flat on Rhodes Avenue completed in 2024, as their “New Construction Project of the Year.” We’re especially proud that this is our second year in a row receiving a “best of” nod from the Cook County Land Bank Authority.
The awards luncheon, “From Vacant to Vibrant,” highlighted how the agency, developers and community partners have come together to transform blight into new homes, businesses, and community spaces.
